The building, its compliance and its diary in one record.
Venuesta is property and facility management software for venue operators. It covers the assets and maintenance that keep the building running, the registers and permits that keep it compliant, the crowd and security work on the night, and the diary that sells it.
30-day free trial, no card required. Every feature at every venue.
Each gate is checked against the permit's own window, Thursday 08:00 to 16:00.

A venue is a building, a workplace and a business at once.
The building has to keep working.
Plant, fabric and services, a maintenance plan banded by criticality, and work orders that someone has to sign off.
The law asks who signed it off.
Certificates, inspections, risk assessments and contractor permits, each with a date it stops being valid.
The diary has to match the room.
Holds, bookings, get-in and get-out, and a capacity figure that has to be safe before it can be sold.
Organised by the job in front of you.
Eight jobs, one record. Every one of them is included at every venue.
Safe capacity, with the working shown.
Under the Green Guide, safe capacity is the lowest of four calculated capacities. Venuesta stores every component, names the one that binds, and flags a published figure that sits above it.
| Component | Capacity | Working |
|---|---|---|
| Holding | 3,040 | raw holding 3,200 × (P) 0.95 × (S) 1.00 |
| Entry | 3,400 | 4 gates, 60 minutes |
| Exit | 2,900 | Exit width 14.5 m, 8 minutes |
| Emergency evacuation | 3,100 | Largest exit discounted |
| Safe capacity | 2,900 | Limited by exit |

Completed is not closed.
The technician completes the job. The supervisor accepts it and the cost is posted. Every state change goes into a history the database writes, and a work order cannot be deleted.

Medical data behind its own lock.
Anyone who can log an incident can record a casualty. Reading who the casualty is takes a dedicated permission and a re-entered password. Every look is logged, and the personal details are erased after one year.
